•  Making adjustments and patterns interrupts so you can begin to feel harmonious in the now

•  What you want to experience, feel and manifest in the future in order to be in alignment with your higher self

This workshop is open to both men and women and will plants seeds and start the process of you coming into alignment with your higher self, the one who knows and only serves your highest good.

These practices will be supported by the practice of BUTI and DEEP yoga which will be lead by master teacher Rachel Cadrin.

Below is a description of the Yoga practice:

Buti comes from an ancient Indian Marathi word that means ‘the cure is hidden within’. In yoga there is the belief that we are born with all that we need; however, we have become separated from our gifts through the struggles of daily life. Buti supports us in reconnecting with those sacred parts of us. It allows us to realign ourselves with the life we want to be living.

Buti yoga combines dynamic asanas, with vibrational shaking, tribal dance movements the body craves, and just the right amount of cardio hits. This practice will challenge you, it will challenge you to meet yourself where you are at and honour what you need. You will leave this practice feeling a great sense of connection and belonging.

Masterful and intentional DEEP allows us to connect deeply with our core, the power centre of the body. This practice combines deep activation of the core muscles with restorative yoga poses. In DEEP we connect with ourselves on an intimate level and truly honour who we are.

Both practices are accessible to all level of yogi from very beginner to advanced. Come with an open heart and an open mind. I promise to hold space for you in a way that gives you want you need.

Bring your mat, comfortable clothes you can move in (as well as a change of clothes), and a water bottle. If you don’t have a mat there are some at the venue for you to use.

This workshop is held by both Kerri Cust, Self Love and Intimacy Coach and Rachel Cadrin, Yoga Teacher.
